    Founded in Brooklyn, NY in 1939, Culver Ltd. (commonly known as Culver Glass) is an American glass manufacturer. The company produced over 75 glassware patterns, but is best known for its mid-century designs. Most of its glassware patterns featured 22k gold gild. The company stopped producing its gold overlay pieces in the 1980s and was sold to Moderne Glass Company in the mid-1990s.
